Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic/baby care products are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable.
Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
